Shade

Shade is a story about visibility, vulnerability, and the quiet tension between wanting to be seen and fearing what that exposure might reveal. The title reflects both the physical and emotional state of the film's central character, Malik a young videographer navigating the pressures of creating in a world obsessed with constant content and attention.
At its core, SHADE explores the complex relationship between art and identity how the act of creating can both hide and reveal us, and how the search for validation often begins in the shadows we build for ourselves.
