Orbits: New Moon
Orbits: New Moon is a surrealist short film that explores the metaphircal relationship between the the Sun and the Moon as two wandering figures moving through dreamlike versions of Riyadh’s landscapes. The film unfolds through symbolic gestures, shifting light, and poetic movement that are embodying the essence of the sun and moon; creating a world where time and space feel fluid. The man embodies the heat and outward force of the sun, while the woman carries the intuitive softness of the moon. Their paths distort reality as their energies begin to echo one another, drawing them toward a quiet, unexpected meeting. A short film that examines the spiritual undertones, atmospheric imagery, and emotional abstraction of the sun and moon.
